This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact us during VIC business hours (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday).

You can return new, unopened items within 2 weeks of invoice date. Returns will not be accepted if the original packing is opened and/or product has been used.

Refunds are available, in the instance of all major faults/defects, as per Australian Consumer Law. This includes custom made stencils. 

Unfortunately, due to the remote location of some delivery addresses, there will need to be additional surcharge(s) applied to deliveries made to these areas.
