This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact us during VIC business hours (9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday).

Where we deliver

We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but unfortunately we are unable deliver to international locations. For larger items, we require a street address for delivery. A signature is required upon delivery, however, on request, we will have the products "Left in a safe location" at the delivery address. Smaller items will can be sent to a P.O Box number or a street address, and no signature will be required. Some remote locations will incur a surcharge. These surcharges are designated by the carrier and will be added to the invoice total prior to completing checkout. If the delivery location is extremely remote, we can have our carrier deliver to a local depot, from which you can then collect your products.

How and when we deliver

Products are dispatched,from our Melbourne base, between 3:00pm and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
For orders placed before 2.00pm on a weekday, please allow, from the completion of checkout:

    2-4 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State;
    5-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns; and
    7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.
    Some extremely remote locations may take longer than 14 working days.
Please note: These are worst case estimates. If you have specific delivery needs, please contact our sales team to discuss.

Depending on the items ordered, deliveries may be deivered separately by either couriers and/or Australia Post.

Whilst we do not acccept responsiblity for any late delivery or failure to deliver, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, all of our deliveries have tracking data and, on request, we will endeavour to locate your goods and expediate delivery.

Cost of delivery

Due to our product range having such varied sizes and weights, it is not feasble to define  delivery costs for all possible order configurations.

Based on your entered postcode, and size/weight of the package(s),the finalised delivery charges (including Remote Area surcharges) will be shown on your order at the checkout stage before you complete your order and make payment. Under certain circumstances, we may need to contact you to adjust delivery charges.

Acceptance of delivery

Our carrier service DOES NOT require signiture on delivery, and on request, will leave the package(s) in a safe place at the delivery address.
Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product(s) by the carrier.

Delivery Problems

If your delivery has not arrived within the specified time, please contact us, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and we will endeavour to locate your goods and expediate delivery.
We will accept returns under the terms outlined in our Returns Policy.

Due to transport restrictions, we are unable to deliver dangerous goods (such as aerosol cans, paint etc).
